Parent Participation

Each year, nearly 80% of PD parents participate in giving to the school via the Annual Fund. Participation in giving—no matter the amount—makes a real difference at PDS. Here are a few reasons why:

• Make a Difference:  Every gift is put to good use at PDS whether it provides a starfish for the LS touch tank, a wireless mic for the theatre, or a teacher’s professional development opportunity.
• Private Foundation Support:  One of the primary criteria foundations look at when determining whether they will provide a grant to the school is parent participation.
• Inspire Others: Your gift inspires others in our community—alumni, grandparents and parents of alumni—to invest into Providence Day School as well.
