Annual Fund Banner 2025-26
The Annual Fund is Providence Day’s largest yearly fundraiser and the generosity of our donors helps empower us to pursue our mission on behalf of every student. In short, these funds bridge the difference between a great educational experience and an exceptional one.

The PD Annual Fund directly and immediately supports teaching and learning in alignment with our school’s Strategic Framework.  For this reason, the Board of Trustees has deemed the Annual Fund a top philanthropic priority at Providence Day.

Family Of Funds

We invite Annual Fund donors to support the yearly needs of the school while also pursuing their personal philanthropic passions. Donors may choose to designate their gift to one of the following areas of the school’s operations they find most meaningful:

PD's Greatest Need

This designation ensures your gift will go toward the school’s most immediate needs for the year in order to sustain excellence in every aspect of teaching and learning at PD.

Faculty Support and Professional Development

Your gift helps recruit and retain PD’s outstanding faculty and provide them with opportunities to expand their knowledge, sharpen their skills, and enhance the educational experiences of our students.

Student Financial Assistance

Your gift supports PD’s commitment to attract talented, motivated students who have a passion for learning. These funds enable PD to extend financial assistance to as many qualified families as possible.

Student Innovation

Your gift helps provide programming and infrastructure to empower our students in their entrepreneurial pursuits and as they design solutions for local and global issues.

Your gift is an investment in PD’s continued commitment to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to student care.

The Annual Fund Family of Funds supports our students and faculty in the current academic year through the school's operating budget. Should designated contributions exceed a designation's budgeted need, the school will direct contributions to the area of greatest need.
