This week we are celebrating Providence Day's 50th Birthday! For fifty years, Providence Day has provided a unique educational experience for its students. This includes weaving our mission of social responsibility into our curriculum to cultivate a sense of connection to our community and taking action to improve the lives of others.
We hope our Charger community will be inspired to participate this week during our Worldwide Week of Service. Alumni and their families are especially encouraged to participate in our Charlotte alumni service project this Saturday at Renaissance West Community Initiative, a low-income neighborhood in West Charlotte. There are several ways to get involved both virtually (donating new or used books) and in-person this Saturday morning from 10 am - 12 pm (garden beutification or Little Library repair). Click here for more details and sign up today for one of these projects here!
To explore ways you can get involved and to learn more about this initiative, please visit our Worldwide Week of Service website. ______________________________________________________________________________
