CISAA Conference Championship Results
by Head Coach Carol Lawrence
The CISAA Conference Championships were one of the most exciting conference championships I've been to in years. The competition was out of this world this year and there were some top performances in North Carolina. For the folks who left before the 4X400m relays, you missed quite a showdown!
As this was the last meet of the season for quite a few of the athletes, they finished the season on a high note and with numerous PRs. Hopefully a lot of lessons were learned this year and everyone will return next year with some lofty goals. To all my senior athletes, please join a running club or continue to do some form of activities when you go off to college.
All-Conference athletes are individuals who won their events and Providence Day had quite a few Conference Champions.
