Providence Day School attracts curious learners who take an active role in their educational journey and make a difference in our school community. In order to ensure a good match between the student and the school, we consider:

Academic aptitude and achievement
Records from previous school (TK-K)
Transcript from previous school (Grades 1-12)
Teacher recommendations
Extracurricular activities (Grades 1-12)
Social-emotional maturity, initiative, and responsibility

The application form for Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten is due by December 31 for first round consideration. Teacher recommendations are due by January 15. All other supporting materials and assessments are due by February 1.

Applications submitted after the deadline are reviewed on a rolling basis for any remaining positions at each grade level.

First-round decisions are released at 4:00 p.m. on February 28, 2025.

First-round decisions are released on March 28, 2025 at 4:00 p.m.

International applicants should follow the procedures for grades 9-12 and submit TOEFL (if English is not your primary language) and ISEE exam scores.

International applicants from China requiring an I-20 must complete the admissions process via our partners at TBI-New Oasis. International applicants from China who do NOT require an I-20 should follow the instructions above.
