Important Dates and Deadlines

The application form for Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten is due by December 31 for first round consideration. Teacher recommendations are due by January 15. All other supporting materials and assessments are due by February 1.

Applications submitted after the deadline are reviewed on a rolling basis for any remaining positions at each grade level.

First-round decisions are released at 4:00 p.m. on February 28.

Required Supporting Materials and Assessments

• Preschool Teacher Recommendation Form 
• Wechsler Preschool and Primary Scale of Intelligence - Fourth Addition (WPPSI-IV)
• *Applicants must be at least 4 years old at the time of assessment administration
• TK/K School Readiness Screening
• *Application MUST be submitted prior to scheduling the Readiness Screening
• TK/K Classroom Visit

Rising Grades 2-5

• Teacher Recommendation Form

• Transcript Release Form (first semester or second quarter grades should be included)

• Day Visit and Teacher Evaluation

• Grades 2-4: Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children (WISC-V)

• Grade 5: Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE)
