College Admission Representatives

Dear College Admission Representatives,

Our relationships with our colleagues “on the other side of the desk” are among our most favorite and important aspects of the work we do as college guidance counselors here at Providence Day School. Of course, you can contact us at any time regarding our school, curriculum, and students (click here for a copy of our school profile), and we especially love when you come to visit us! We welcome about 150 college representatives to Providence Day annually, especially during the fall travel season. For those college representatives who are new to our school, here are a few pieces of information:

We welcome visitors, either in-person or remote, during any school day from 8:15-3:10. Please visit scoir.com to register for a visit.
Our school address is 5800 Sardis Road, Charlotte, NC, 28270
That address should lead your GPS to our main entrance, marked by a black granite “Providence Day School” sign. Take an immediate right turn onto the upper parking deck and park in the reserved spaces for College Guidance.
After parking, please sign in. Our office is located on the second floor of the DeMayo Gateway Center.
We will advertise your visit to our students, as we know that you would like to meet as many prospective applicants as possible. Whether or not there are students for you to meet, one of the college counselors will meet with you individually to share information.
