Two Providence Day Students Selected for Prestigious NC Honors Chorus

Two Providence Day choral students were selected to sing in the NC Honors Chorus. The Honors Chorus events took place November 9-10 in Winston-Salem. 

Over 900 of the best Upper School singers auditioned for the 160 spots in the NC High School Honors Chorus. Ethan Dillard was one of only six freshmen chosen to sing in this prestigious chorus. Ethan was chosen for the NC Middle School Chorus as a 6th, 7th, and 8th grader.

700 of the best Middle School singers in the state auditioned for the 150 spots in the NC Middle School Honors Chorus. Wyatt Olliff, a 7th grader, was chosen for the 2nd consecutive year to this exclusive chorus.
