Homecoming Court Honored During the CISAA Conference Championship Game

The 2020 Homecoming football game took place on October 2, but the presentation of the Homecoming court took place on Friday, November 6 during the CISAA Conference Championship game held on the Providence Day School campus. Students in the Homecoming court were selected by their peers because of their devotion to school spirit and the value they place on community involvement. These young men and women possess the traits that PD emphasizes in the mission statement: a passion for learning, a commitment to personal integrity, and a sense of social responsibility.

Head of Upper School Eric Hedinger crowned this year’s Homecoming Queen, Molly Kerrigan, and Homecoming King, Will Brinley. Kerrigan started at PD in Kindergarten and is a two-time first-team all-conference player, as well as the varsity team captain. She is a Student Government Association leader and volunteers at Freedom School.

Brinley started at PD in TK and plays on the varsity soccer and baseball teams. He is a co-president of the Charger Asset Management group, a co-leader of the Investment Management Society club, and a co-leader of the Wing Haven Students of Service organization. Brinley also serves as an executive committee officer of the student government, volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters, and participates as a Student Alumni Ambassador.
