Eleven Upper School Students Inducted Into Tri-M Music Honor Society

Eleven Providence Day School Upper School students were recently inducted into the Tri-M Music Honor Society in a ceremony held in the Stable. Providence Day’s chapter began in 2016 under the leadership of Middle and Upper School strings teacher and advisor Sarah Russell.

Upper School inductees are Jonah Bechtler-Teixera, Sophia Beninati, Gabby Boland, Hollis Comer, Adam Dunaief, Dalton Godwin, Katie Hollowell, Claire Miller, Meera Patel, Parker Rosenblatt, and Jack Ziegler.

The Tri-M® Music Honor Society is a program of the National Association for Music Education (NAfME), which focuses on creating future leaders in music education and music advocacy. There are more than 2,100 chapters across 50 states and 15 countries involving more than 84,000 students in Middle and Upper Schools. As part of membership, students participate in service activities that raise funds for deserving organizations.
